Experience

Hank joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2002. He has continued a practice of real estate services focused primarily on the brokerage of timberland and agricultural land, as well as commercial land. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to Timberland Investment Management Organizations, private partnerships and conservation groups, and numerous other large land owners across Virginia.


Prior to Commonwealth Commercial, Hank joined Virginia Realty & Relocation (1994), where he focused his practice on rural estates and agricultural properties across Central Virginia.


Hank has sold over 100,000 acres of rural real estate in central Virginia consisting primarily of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as agricultural and recreational properties.

Education

Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1992 where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society for Leadership


Holds his Broker’s license and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI)

Accomplishments

Recipient of the Anna Carrington Harrison Award for Leadership


Member of the Virginia Association of Realtors


Involved in activities with the Maymont Foundation, the Virginia Forestry Association, the James River Association, Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Coastal Conservation Association


Served on the Annual Fund Board for the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
