Michael joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2013 as a member of the Retail Sales and Leasing team.
In that span, he has completed transactions valued at over $100 million. He works with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in the local Richmond market and throughout Virginia.
Michael’s transaction history involves a number of well-known brands such as Wendy’s, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Bojangles, Dollar Tree, Dunkin’ Donuts, Taco Bell, BetterMed, First Citizens Bank, Safelite, AutoZone, GoodYear, Anytime Fitness and Food Lion.
