Experience

Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Ben joined Commonwealth Commercial’s Sales and Leasing team in 2014. His primary focus is in the Industrial and Office markets. Ben provides representation to Landlords/Sellers and Tenants/Buyers throughout Virginia. While at Commonwealth Commercial, Ben has worked with a wide variety of clients from institutional to local companies to act as their “in-house” commercial real estate advisor. Ben has proven his ability to communicate effectively with clients through the real estate process to achieve strong results. 

Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, Ben was accepted into the Virginia Governor’s Fellows Program where he worked in the Office of Virginia Secretary of Transportation. He worked closely with State and local officials to oversee construction of the Virginia Capital Trail, a $75 million project connecting Richmond to Williamsburg. Ben also worked on a North Carolina Senate campaign where he assisted the Finance Department.

Bachelor of Arts with majors in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Elon University
