Ortho Watkins Building LLC purchased 8.551 acres at Watkins Centre Parkway and East West Road in Chesterfield for $2.7 million from Watkins Land LLC. Bill Barnett, Joe Buhrman and Chris Jenkins with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller.
