  • T-Mobile Northeast, LLC leased 2,400 SF at 2545 Sheila Lane in the City of Richmond.  Morgan Trible represented the Landlord.
  • Associated Scaffolding leased 17,956 SF at 2500 Glen Center Street in Henrico County.  Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt represented the Tenant.
  • Sun Fuel, LLC leased 4,832 SF at 608 N. Main Street in Lancaster County.  Morgan Trible represented the Landlord.
  • RMT Investments, LLC purchased a 1,300 SF office condo at 595 Southlake Boulevard in Chesterfield County for $109,000.  Ben Bruni represented the Seller.
