• John Davenport Engineering, Inc. leased 1,983 SF at 1100 Boulders Parkway in Chesterfield County.  Jamie Galanti, Russell Wyatt and Eliza Izard represented the Landlord.
• Frederick D. Preston purchased a 6,153 SF retail space at 8003 West Broad Street in Henrico County.  Michael Morris & Jim McVey represented the Purchaser.
