CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Senior Vice President, Director of Property Management, Paul Harnett is responsible for the company’s tenant services and growing property management portfolio of over 15 million sq. ft. nationwide.

Paul will focus on ensuring CCP’s delivery of property management services is consistent across all markets and is functioning at the highest level possible. Other key responsibilities will include oversight of policies and procedures, ensuring quality control, personnel development, and financial management for the division.

EXPERIENCE

Paul possesses over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and repositioning of retail, mixed-use, multi-family, office, hospitality, industrial, and senior housing projects that collectively total 40.8 million square feet with an aggregate value over $7.0 billion.  These assets have ranged from high profile developments such as The Time Warner Center in New York City to multi-faceted portfolios spread across the U.S.  Paul served as Managing Director at Gemini Real Estate where he directed a 4 million sq. ft. shopping center portfolio spread over 11 states and several northeast hotel assets. Previously he served in top executive roles at Madison Marquette, Kane Realty Corporation, and The Related Companies.

A native of New York, Paul is a graduate of James Madison University where he also earned his M.B.A. degree.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS 

Paul is active in several commercial real estate organizations, serves as a volunteer member of the ICSC University Faculty, and has been a frequent speaker at industry functions covering a range of topics from broad strategies to turning around a distressed asset to effective ways to increase NOI and asset valuation.
