As Director of Sales and Leasing of Commonwealth Commercial, Paul is responsible for the operation and growth of the brokerage division. These responsibilities include long-term strategic planning, business development, training and recruitment.

Beginning his real estate career in 2002 with Commonwealth Commercial, Paul brings a unique perspective of seeing how a local, regional and national platform executes brokerage. In 2006 Paul joined GVA Advantis as an Associate Broker and in 2009 with Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked on their Healthcare Advisory Board. Paul took an opportunity to work “in house” for a growing medical practice as their Director of Growth before returning to Commonwealth Commercial in 2012. His experience with different brokerage models and working “in-house” for a company has given Paul insight into how brokerage should be done to maximize the benefit to the client.

Education & Professional Certification
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond.
