Jim Reilly is responsible for the management and operations of CFS services. Jim has overall responsibility for implementation, standardization and compliance with existing clients to ensure clients goals and expectations are not only met by exceeded and performance is measured utilizing comprehensive KPI development and measurement data for continuing improvement confirmation. Jim also oversees new business development and coordination of pursuits with all CFS groups including RFP and RFI responses.
