  • Ryan Hartfield leased 4,000 SF at 112 Midpoint Drive in Goochland County.  Ben Bruni represented the Landlord.
  • Primax Properties, LLC purchased 4 acres in Patriots Landing at the corner of Pocahontas Trail and Patriots Landing Road in New Kent County from Patriots Land MGMT Corp. for $780,000.  Joe Buhrman and Bill Barnett represented the Seller.
  • Precision Spinal Care leased 2,298 SF at 1305 Executive Blvd in Chesapeake, VA from Hampton Roads V Owner, LLC. Brian Devlin represented the Landlord.

Commonwealth Commercial emerges as property market surges

Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners recently purchased a 22-building portfolio of office space comprising 1.3 million square feet in Virginia Beach, Hampton and Chesapeake.

In a recent announcement, the company said the acquisition brings Lingerfelt’s holdings to 5.5 million square feet across the southeastern United States. Its portfolio includes office, medical office, industrial and hotel properties.

Richmond-based Commonwealth Commercial Partners, a property management affiliate of Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners, will handle all aspects of the day-to-day property management for the Hampton Roads portfolio.
