Engineering firm’s move gives promotional marketer a boost

A recently rebranded promotional marketing firm has found some new digs to go with its new name.

Boost Promotional Branding, renamed last year from NewClients Promotional Marketing, has a deal in the works to purchase the 26,000-square-foot building at 8090 Villa Park Drive, currently home to engineering firm Draper Aden Associates.

Boost plans to move from its current headquarters at 3900 Gaskins Road when Draper Aden moves its headquarters to 1030 Wilmer Ave., a 44,000-square-foot space it recently leased that formerly housed SunTrust Technology Center.

Tech startup moving downtown HQ to Scott’s Addition

A local startup is sliding back onto familiar grounds as it moves its headquarters from downtown to Scott’s Addition.

Blueswipe, a 5-year-old company that provides payment processing software and hardware for small to mid-sized businesses, is relocating its home base to the recently redeveloped HandCraft building at 1501 Roseneath Road.

The company, run by CEO Tim Ryan, leased the entire 6,400-square-foot second floor of the 87,000-square-foot building that’s been transformed in recent years from an industrial laundry facility to modern office, brewery and retail space.
