Residential boom is about to hit the Innsbrook office park in Henrico as developers plan for thousands of new apartments.

Innsbrook Corporate Center has been known for decades as a large office park in western Henrico County, but now it is being transformed into a place where you also can live.

Several projects from different developers are expected to bring more than 3,000 apartments and town homes over the next 10 years or so, transitioning Innsbrook from mostly an office park to a place where people can work, live and play.

Mixed-Use Community Grows By Adding A Warehouse To The Mix

RICHMOND, VA (March 6, 2017) – Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC is pleased to have represented the owners in the sale of 5100 Old Osborne Turnpike in Rocketts Landing. The property features an almost 30,000- square foot warehouse on 1.38 acres. The sales price was $1,850,000.

Located in Henrico County, the property is surrounded on three sides by the mixed-use Rocketts Landing development. Rocketts Landing acquired the property so that it can expand its community. Newly rezoned, initial plans for the property include a parking lot and 12 townhomes. Rocketts Landing recently began construction of a new apartment building adjacent to the property.

The property was presented for sale by Sam Worley and Ryan Fanelli of Commonwealth Commercial.

“We’re glad to have helped the seller and the logical buyer as the wonderful Rocketts Landing community continues to grow,” Worley said.

Most recently, it housed Virginia Rigging and Crating’s commercial and industrial moving and storage business.
