Scott Farm overlooks one of the busiest and high profile interchanges at Interstates 95 and 295, and has been owned by the Scott Family for generations. Now this key development site is controlled by a sophisticated and financially capable development company that will seek an excellent use.

“This property has been on the market for more than ten or maybe fifteen years, and has been under contract over the years to several local developers” stated Joe Buhrman with Commonwealth Commercial.

The property has had a long line of interested parties. It was believed to have been originally considered by Cabela’s who eventually landed on Broad Street in Short Pump and was thought to have been a finalist for the NASCAR Museum that ended up in Charlotte.
