Our development land experience encompasses the acquisitions, planning, zoning and development of large mixed use communities including office, industrial, retail, flex space as well as multi-family and single family residential.

Rural land brokerage includes riverfront plantations, duck marshes, timberland, farms, hunting retreats and rural subdivision sites.

Our staff regularly visits 29 courthouses in Central Virginia to collect sales data used for market analysis on behalf of our clients. To market our clients’ properties and/or needs, we have personally developed mailing lists of buyers, owners and support providers (architects, attorneys, etc.)
