Corporate Responsibilities

In his role as an asset manager Middleton has worked on all commercial asset classes with a variety of ownership structures including TIC, DST, family offices, institutional private equity, and REIT’s. Some of his core responsibilities include management of investor relations, lender relations, disposition, acquisition, and oversight of property management, marketing, and leasing activity.

Experience

Middleton Has been a part of the Commonwealth Commercial Partners team since 2015. Middleton has worked in markets across the country including Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Ohio. Prior to joining the asset management team Middleton worked in brokerage for CCP in Richmond, VA and Blue & Obrecht Realty in Baltimore MD. During his time in brokerage Middleton was responsible for the negotiation of over $100 million worth of transactions. It is his unique fiscally minded and entrepreneurial mindset that makes him an asset to the management team and endears him to his clients. He continues to find opportunities to grow portfolios for his clients and thus grow the company.

Education

Middleton is a 2007 graduate of Hampden Sydney College where is he active in the alumni community. In addition to Hampden Sydney, Middleton serves on the local board for the Ruffed Grouse Society.
